How we handle issues and ensure your satisfaction.

At D7MAN.DIGITAL, we build long-term partnerships with our B2B resellers. This policy explains how we verify issues and how we handle replacements or refunds for digital Battle.net gift card codes purchased through d7man.digital.

Because digital codes are delivered instantly, we treat every case carefully and fairly — our goal is to resolve legitimate issues fast while keeping the process predictable for both sides.

1) Scope

This policy applies to digital Battle.net gift card codes supplied through our website or via direct order (email).

2) Claim Window (7 Days)

Please submit any claim within 7 days from the moment the code is delivered / becomes available in your account.

Claims submitted after this period may be declined, unless we can clearly confirm an issue on our side.

3) What We Can Help With

We will review and, where confirmed, resolve the following cases:

  • Code doesn't activate / shows invalid (e.g., "code not recognized", "not activated", etc.)
  • Wrong region/SKU supplied (when it is a D7MAN.DIGITAL supply-side mistake)
  • Technical delivery issues (code not received, corrupted output, etc.)
  • Already redeemed (reviewed case-by-case; see below)

4) Information We Need

To keep resolution fast, please provide:

  • Order ID (or email reference)
  • The affected code(s)
  • Screenshot of the error message
  • Date/time of redemption attempt (with timezone)
  • Battle.net account region used for redemption
  • If applicable: your end-customer complaint reference (optional, helps with timelines)

We may request additional details if needed to confirm the case with upstream checks.

5) API-Verified Codes

All codes supplied by D7MAN.DIGITAL are 100% API-verified before delivery. This means every code is validated through Blizzard's API to ensure it is active, valid, and unredeemed at the time of delivery.

Because of this verification process, issues are extremely rare. For confirmed valid claims within 7 days, we will provide a replacement code or full refund.

6) Region Mismatch

Battle.net gift card codes are region-locked.

  • If the wrong region was purchased due to partner selection / customer choice, we will try to help where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
  • If the wrong region/SKU was supplied due to a D7MAN.DIGITAL error, we will provide replacement or refund.

7) "Already Redeemed" Cases

If a code is reported as already redeemed, we will:

  • Verify delivery logs and timing
  • Check whether the redemption occurred before the code was made available to you

If we can confirm the code was compromised before delivery, we will offer replacement or refund. If the code was redeemed after delivery/reveal, we may be unable to replace/refund — but we will still review the case.

8) Resolution Time

Most claims are resolved as quickly as possible once we have the required information. Complex cases (multiple codes, timing disputes, "already redeemed") may take longer due to verification steps.

9) Abuse Prevention

To protect all partners and maintain pricing, we reserve the right to limit support in cases of repeated suspicious claims or misuse. We always aim to communicate clearly and keep decisions evidence-based.
