Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the D7MAN.DIGITAL website and the purchase of wholesale Battle.net gift cards from D7MAN DIGITAL LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under Company No. 16941922, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for B2B (business-to-business) customers only. By placing an order, you represent that you are a registered business entity and that you are authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization.

3. Products

We supply digital Battle.net gift card codes for various regions. All codes are verified through Blizzard's API before delivery. Gift cards are region-locked and can only be redeemed in their designated region.

4. Orders and Pricing

Minimum order quantity is 10 cards per transaction. Pricing is provided on a quote basis and may vary depending on volume, region, and market conditions. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies). Payment must be confirmed on the blockchain before order processing begins. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

6. Delivery

Digital codes are delivered electronically on the same day as payment confirmation (for orders confirmed before 18:00 UTC). We do not ship physical products. Delivery is made to the email address provided at the time of order.

7. Code Verification and Warranty

All codes are API-verified before delivery. If a code is found to be invalid upon delivery, we will provide an immediate replacement at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once codes have been delivered. However, we will replace any invalid codes as described in Section 7.

9. Intellectual Property

Battle.net is a registered trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. D7MAN.DIGITAL is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. We are an independent authorized reseller.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D7MAN DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
